Step by Step Layout

This layout is so simple and can be created in less than 30 minutes. It was the last layout I made using the kit, with the scraps left over from other pages. Start with a sheet of cardstock and ink or draw around it in pen. Place patterned papers as shown.





Finally, add your photo, title and journalling. How easy is that? Remember, dont throw out substantial sized scraps. It is so easy to put them together to create a quick layout and add another page to your album.

Don't throw away your packaging! These photo corners were made from cutting the backing of the rubons packet with a pair of scalloped scissors.

Draw and cut out strips of scallops to make an interesting border.

Try using Kindyglitz on your letters for extra sparkle.

To give rubons a dimensional look, simply apply to plain cardstock, cut out, and mount on foam tape.

For a quick and easy border around your page apply a quick swipe of paint using a foam brush. Follow with a coating of kindyglitz for a glittery effect.

A few simple stitches can make a huge difference to your page, adding interest and dimension.
